We recently posted a link to the Houston Chronicle story about a man who put his infant baby in a microwave, severely burning the child. Over the past couple of days, more information has come to light in this story and we thought you might want an update.
First, and very negatively, it has come to the forefront that the man has abused this precious child before. Again, the Houston Chronicle is our source:
A man charged with injuring his daughter by putting her in a microwave oven also placed her in a refrigerator and in a hotel room safe, a police detective testified Tuesday.

But, on a much brighter and happier note, the girl has gone home from the hospital. She has been released to foster care until a hearing can make at least some sense of all this.
